General Policy

Refunds are issued only on a project basis and are subject to the terms outlined below. By engaging with our services, you agree to this policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• Project Cancellation: If a project is cancelled by the client before any significant work has begun, a partial refund may be issued after deducting any administrative or initial setup costs.

• Failure to Deliver: If The ASK Network fails to deliver agreed-upon deliverables due to internal reasons or breach of contract.

• Mutual Agreement: If both parties mutually agree to terminate the project before completion, a prorated refund may be provided based on work completed.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Client delays or lack of cooperation impacting project delivery.

• A change in business direction or requirements after work has begun.

• Work completed as per the agreed scope and timeline.

• Monthly retainers or consultation-based services once rendered.

• UI/UX design concepts already shared or SEO reports delivered.

Refund Process

To request a refund, clients must:

1. Submit a written request to ask@theasknetwork.com within 14 days of project cancellation or dispute.

2. Clearly state the reason for the refund request, along with supporting documentation if necessary.

Once received, our team will:

• Review the request within 7 business days.

• Communicate the decision and initiate the refund (if approved) within 10 business days via the original payment method.
